1. Data collected
We collect the information required for Feeflow to work: name, email, country, tax regime, pricing calculations and proposals created on the platform.
2. Use of data
Data is used exclusively to provide the Feeflow service: authentication, calculator personalization, proposal generation and account communications.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use Stripe and PayPal for payments, Lovable Cloud for accounts and storage, and Resend for email. Where advertising is permitted, Meta receives page URLs, browser/device and network information, cookie identifiers and actions such as viewing pricing, clicking a purchase button, opening payment options, signup and purchase (amount/currency), for advertising measurement and optimization. We do not send email addresses or customer matching data to Meta.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies maintain your session. Meta advertising cookies and events are blocked in the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway; no advertising banner is installed there. Unknown or undetected countries do not block advertising events. Elsewhere, applicable browser opt-outs are respected. You can stop advertising tracking on this browser by visiting any Feeflow page with ?internal=1; this choice is stored locally. You may also contact the address below about your advertising preferences.
5. User rights
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by emailing support@lsdigital.app.
6. LGPD
Feeflow complies with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018). Users can exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion and portability by contacting the email above.
